With over 10 years of experience in wholesale electricity markets, Scott Coe provides expert consulting services to refine evolving market design requirements and utilizes standards-based technologies to create effective solutions. Scott earned a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Yale University and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.
