Mark Triplett, Chief Operating Officer
Mark Triplett draws on over twenty years of experience in business operations and project management in software development, enterprise application integration, energy consulting, and telecommunications. Mark is actively engaged in client projects delivering the highest level of professional project management and business process optimization services to key client projects.
Mark graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor degree in engineering and earned an MBA from San Diego’s National University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- UISOL. Chief Operating Officer and President of UISOL Software. Responsible for P&L of UISOL Software and is the Executive Sponsor for the CAISO DRMS implementation as well as NV Energy’s DRMS implementation. Prior to these projects was PM for LIPA’s integration and ODS projects, as well as PM for WAPA’s transition into CAISO’s MRTU (nodal) market.
- SureWest Communications. Vice President and member of Executive Management Committee and Systems Migration Strategy Team. Held multiple leadership roles in this $200MM+ telecom company.
- Vitria Technologies. Vice President of eBusiness Solutions, for Vitria, an enterprise application integration software company. Responsible for the creation and development of pre-packaged industry specific integration solutions, including Vitria’s Demand Response Solution for the energy market.
- AiMetrix. Chief Operating Officer for this boutique software development company specializing in network management with a primary focus on telecommunications companies including Comcast, Southwestern Bell Corporation (SBC), the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and many others. Led strict software development lifecycle approach to product development and customization.
- Marpax. Chief Operating Officer for this specialty chemical manufacturer. Led the Deming based quality movement of the company and achieved multiple ISO9001 certifications, while growing the company from $40MM to over $125MM in revenue.
