Jana K. Vojdani, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of UISOL, Jana plays a key role in the company’s strong financial growth and direction. Drawing on more than twenty years managerial experience in high-tech and Fortune 500 companies, Jana provides the top level of controllership, treasury direction, and strategic economic advice. Under her leadership, UISOL continues to grow debt free, to retain and build a strong employee-owner base, and to sustain annual revenue growth over 100 percent.
Jana earned a bachelor degree in psychology from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1988 and is pursuing an M.B.A. at California’s Golden Gate University.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Virtual Research Systems. Financial management responsibilities included oversight of accounting, human resources, inventory, purchasing and fulfillment, and more.
Rite Aid Corporation. More than a decade managing all accounting, human resources, computer systems, sales reporting, and customer service responsibilities for multiple stores within the largest pharmacy chain on the east coast.
